Charitable Applied Real Estate is a company built around the concept of giving back.  Paul Coleman and Johnathan Murphy started this company because of their experience and passion for philanthropy.  This passion and idea allowed them to build a business model focused on giving back and helping those in need.  Charitable Applied Real Estate (CARE) donates 10% of commissions made on every transaction to a featured charity and a charity of buyers or sellers choice. CARE (Charitable Applied Real Estate) is a program started by Paul Coleman Realty, a Westlake Village, CA based real estate company. As far as we know, we are the first real estate company that incorporates charitable donations as part of our business model in our real estate transactions. We donate 10% of our brokerage’s final commission to the 501c3 charity of our client’s choice. This isn’t at an additional cost to the client, we offer competitive market standard commission rates. It comes out of our pockets, to empower homeowners to make large scale donations to charity. All of this is made possible via real estate transactions, which for most people are the largest financial transactions they will ever make.
