Paul Coleman has been a southern California Native for over 28 years.  During this time he has lived up and down the coast before settling down in Lake Sherwood CA.  Paul is the Chief Executive Officer of Charitable Applied Real Estate. Paul graduated with a B.S from Pepperdine University in Business and Sports Administration.  His experience and education have allowed him to create a large network of relationships, which help create opportunities for his clients. Paul’s Background as a Pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers and as the CEO of HIT Sports Management has enhanced his approach to marketing and negotiating.
